Within the Works Management, the team members will note, for each day, the activities and the ways in which the work progresses and all this information will contribute to the formation of the work journal. The document must also record the circumstances and events relating to the work, as well as the types of work, the number of workers and the technical equipment used, together with any event that may affect the progress of the work, both from an economic and a technical point of view.
