Working in integrated mode makes your work easier and more efficient: Estimation in Cloud and Allplan communicate directly with each other to calculate the quantities of works to be computed by directly importing data from Allplan modules.

The operational methods of integration between Estimation in Cloud and Allplan are particularly simple and immediate. Within Estimation in Cloud there is the “Import from Allplan” function that allows you to import data and allows you to link items from a price list and calculate the quantities of the works to be calculated, generating a file with the .xca extension which, once exported, it can be imported into Estimation in Cloud.

The import allows the compilation of the survey sheet for the calculation of a project and the updating of the surveys by managing a control based on the tables set in the Allplan® file.

The import procedure is practically automatic, you just need to make sure you have a correspondence between the item codes linked to the objects via the Allplan® BCM and those in the price lists present in Estimation in Cloud.

The import allows you to organize the surveys through 3 main groupers, freely selectable by the user, whose values will be clearly visible once the import is complete.

Thanks to this integration it is also possible to check any objects that do not have detections attached, so as to make the control phase easier, avoiding inaccuracies and errors.
